Chicken Enchilada Dip


2 cans cooked chicken, drained
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup milk
2 small cans diced chilies
2 cups shredded cheese
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
Salt & pepper
Place all ingredients in a Celebrating Home Bean Pot or Serving Bowl.
Mix and microwave 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and dip is bubbly.
Serve hot with tortilla chips

  • 1-can of rotel
  • 1-can of corn
  • 1-can of black beans (drained & rinsed)
  • 2-cans chicken breasts(drained) or 3 cups chopped up cooked chicken
  • 1- 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1- Packet dry ranch dressing
  • 1- Tablespoon cumin
  • 1- Tablespoon onion flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon chili powder.
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • Put all ingredients in bean pot and microwave 8 minutes.Stir
  • 2 more minutes - Easy and delish!
  • Serve with Corn Chips

Macaroni Corn

Macaroni Corn
 1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
1 cup raw macaroni
1-2 cups Velveeta cheese cubed (the more cheese you add the creamier and thicker it gets)

 Dump everything in the bean pot and microwave for 10 minutes. Stir and then microwave for another 3-5 minutes.

Bean Pot Hamburger Helper

Crumble ground beef, microwave 5 minutes, re-crumble, and microwave another 5 minutes & then drain the grease. Add hot water & ingredients according to box. Stir & microwave 25 minutes or bake in oven for 45 minutes @ 350 degrees. NO stirring required!!!! You can be baking/cooking dinner while getting ready for
the evening. * Cook time needs to be expanded a little for macaroni recipes.

Cocktail Meatballs


12 oz. lean Ground Beef ¼ tsp. Salt
½ c. Oatmeal ¼ tsp. Pepper
¼ c. chopped Onion 1 med. Size Chili Sauce
1 Egg 1 small jar Grape Jelly

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. To prepare meatballs, in a large bowl, mix the beef, oatmeal, onion, salt, pepper and egg. Roll mixture into small to medium sized balls. Place in BEAN POT and place in oven for 30 minutes. Add chili sauce and grape jelly. Bake for another 30 minutes or until done. Serve in BEAN POT.

Salsa Chicken Tacos


1 envelope of taco seasoning,
 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 1 jar of salsa

 Place all ingredients into Bean Pot. Stir and cook on 350 for about an 1 hour and 10 minutes
 or 35-40 in the microwave or until chicken is cooked throughout.
Should be able to shred with a fork. Place chicken mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite

Quick Lasagna


1-lb. Hamburger~I like ½  to be Italian Sausage
1-Med. Chopped Onion
2-T. Italian Seasoning
1-Cup Cottage Cheese + Mix in 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2-Cups Shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheese
1-26oz.Jar Spaghetti Sauce
8 oz. Wide Dry Egg Noodles

Cook Hamburger & Onion-Drain, Add Spaghetti sauce, Italian seasoning
Simmer 3-5 minutes. Pour 1/3 of meat sauce into Bean Pot
 Add ½ Cup Cottage Cheese/Parmesan mixture
1/2 of the Dry Egg Noodles~ REPEAT
Top with remaining Meat Sauce and 2-Cups Shredded Cheese.
Place lid on Bean Pot. Cook in Microwave for 20-25 Minutes.

Bean Pot Apple Crisp


 4 cups of apple chopped or sliced
 1/4 C water
 1 tsp cinnamon
 1 tsp salt
 ... 3/4 C flour
 1 C sugar
 1/3 C butter
 
Place apples in bean pot, sprinkle with water, cinnamon, and salt. Mix together until crumbly the flour, sugar, and softened butter. Spread this crumb mixture over apples. Bake uncovered. Serve warm or cold with ice cream or whipped topping.
 Bake 40 minutes at 350 F serves 6-8 people.

Chicken Lasagna


9 no-boil lasagna noodles-broken into pieces
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cans 98% fat free Cream of chicken soup (10 ¾ oz.)
1 cup of milk or water
½ cup light or fat free sour cream
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 chopped onion
8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon basil 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

In a large mixing bowl, cream together everything except noodles
In your Bean Pot begin layering 1/3 of the noodles,
Place lid on Bean pot and put in microwave for 10 minutes, take out
Stir, return bean pot to the microwave for 10 minutes stir
Microwave for the final 10 minutes!! Then enjoy!!

Cherry Delight


1- 8oz. cream cheese (softened)………. 1 tsp. of vanilla
1 cup of sugar…………………………. 1 1/2 cups of milk
 1 large tub of Cool Whip………………1 can of cherry pie filling
                     
Angel food cake cooked and torn into pieces
Beat cream cheese and sugar together in your mixing bowl. Add in vanilla and milk......Fold in Cool Whip. Place torn pieces of angel food cake into to your cold Bean pot! Pour mixture over the cake; add pie filling to the top.
 Refrigerate overnight.....Simply Wonderful!!

Caramel Apple Coffee Cake


1 Box Caramel Cake Mix
1 Can Apple Pie Filling
2 Eggs
In large celebrating home mixing bowl add eggs; beat with a rubber spoon, next add pie filling and continue to stir, then add the cake mix, stir until lumps are mostly gone, place the dinner plate over the top of bowl and microwave for 13 minutes. Very carefully flip over the bowl and let sit for a few minutes then remove bowl. Top with caramel syrup.

Bean Pot Smoked Sausage & Cheesy Potatoes!


(This meal serves 4 and cost under $2.00 per person)
1  lb  Smoked Sausage cut up in bite size pieces (I use turkey sausage)
6  Medium Sliced Potatoes
1  Large Sliced Onion
1  Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese(I use 2%)
1  Tablespoon Garlic Powder
½ Cup Milk
 Salt and Pepper to taste
Place sliced potatoes and onion in your bean pot add ½ cup water and
Cook in the microwave 20, with lid on.
Then add the rest of ingredients and carefully stir. Put Bean Pot back in the microwave for 5 minutes.

Bean Pot Chicken Enchiladas


1 Bag of Frito's
2 Cans of Chicken Breasts
2 Cups Of Grated Mexican Style Cheese
1 Small Can of Chiles

1 Large Can of Enchilada Sauce

Layer up all ingredients twice in Bean Pot
Microwave for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with Sour Cream and/or Salsa

Bean Pot Beer Bread

3 Cups of Self Rising Flour
1/4 Cup of Sugar
1 Can of Beer or Sprite
1/2 Cup of Sharp Cheese

Garlic to Taste/Mix together in Bean Pot
Bake for an Hour at 350'

**If using sprite omit the sugar

Baked Beans


2-cans Bushes Best Baked Beans
1-bold & spicy
1-country style
½ lb or so of hamburger-cooked and drained
½ lb cooked crumbled bacon
1-onion-chopped-cooked with hamburger
1- teaspoons liquid smoke
¼ c-brown sugar
Big squeeze of southwest spicy mustard-(great value)
½ cup BBQ sauce

Place all ingreds in Bean Pot
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or
15 minutes in microwave

Apple Berry Crumble


4-5 apples, peeled and sliced (use different varieties)
 1 1/2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries or raspberries
 1 cup flour
 1 cup oatmeal
 1 cup sugar
 1 tsp cinnamon
 1 stick of butter

 Put sliced apples on the bottom of your Celebrating Home bean pot.
Add berries on top. In another bowl, mix flour, oatmeal, sugar and cinnamon.
Cut in butter until it crumbles. Sprinkle on top of berries and place lid on bean pot.
Microwave for 10 minutes. Remove lid, using a knife make sure dry mixture is getting moisture
 and then cook another 5 minutes without the lid.

Angel Food Delight Spoon Cake


1 Angel Food Cake Mix
1 Can 16oz Crushed Pineapple
Or
1 Can Cherry Pie Filling W/ Splenda
Mix in 3-1/2 quart Bean Pot or large
without lid and Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees
******Severe with Cool whip

Salsa Chicken


6-9 chicken thighs or equivalent body parts
1 can rinsed black beans
1 cup chunky salsa
1 cup frozen white corn

Put your chicken in the Bean pot; (frozen is ok). Top with the rinsed black beans, salsa, and corn. Cover and cook on 400 for 1.5 hours. Cooking time will vary depending on whether or not your chicken is frozen, and how big the pieces are. If you decide to use breasts, increase your salsa by 1/2 cup. Breasts are drier than thighs
