Chicken Lasagna


9 no-boil lasagna noodles-broken into pieces
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cans 98% fat free Cream of chicken soup (10 ¾ oz.)
1 cup of milk or water
½ cup light or fat free sour cream
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 chopped onion
8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon basil 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

In a large mixing bowl, cream together everything except noodles
In your Bean Pot begin layering 1/3 of the noodles,
Place lid on Bean pot and put in microwave for 10 minutes, take out
Stir, return bean pot to the microwave for 10 minutes stir
Microwave for the final 10 minutes!! Then enjoy!!
