BARBECUED BEEF FOR SANDWICHES


1 beef roast, 2 1/2 to 3 pounds, top round, chuck, etc.
Big Bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 teaspoon light brown sugar, packed
1 medium onion, sliced

Place roast in bean pot, add above ingredients. Cook on 375 for 2.5 hours. Pull out Roast from Bean Pot and shred with 2 forks, put shredded roast back in bean pot. Add more BBQ sauce and cook for additional 30 min. serve on buns with side of coleslaw or potato salad.
