Bean Pot Apple Crisp


 4 cups of apple chopped or sliced
 1/4 C water
 1 tsp cinnamon
 1 tsp salt
 ... 3/4 C flour
 1 C sugar
 1/3 C butter
 
Place apples in bean pot, sprinkle with water, cinnamon, and salt. Mix together until crumbly the flour, sugar, and softened butter. Spread this crumb mixture over apples. Bake uncovered. Serve warm or cold with ice cream or whipped topping.
 Bake 40 minutes at 350 F serves 6-8 people.

Cherry Delight


1- 8oz. cream cheese (softened)………. 1 tsp. of vanilla
1 cup of sugar…………………………. 1 1/2 cups of milk
 1 large tub of Cool Whip………………1 can of cherry pie filling
                     
Angel food cake cooked and torn into pieces
Beat cream cheese and sugar together in your mixing bowl. Add in vanilla and milk......Fold in Cool Whip. Place torn pieces of angel food cake into to your cold Bean pot! Pour mixture over the cake; add pie filling to the top.
 Refrigerate overnight.....Simply Wonderful!!

Caramel Apple Coffee Cake


1 Box Caramel Cake Mix
1 Can Apple Pie Filling
2 Eggs
In large celebrating home mixing bowl add eggs; beat with a rubber spoon, next add pie filling and continue to stir, then add the cake mix, stir until lumps are mostly gone, place the dinner plate over the top of bowl and microwave for 13 minutes. Very carefully flip over the bowl and let sit for a few minutes then remove bowl. Top with caramel syrup.

Apple Berry Crumble


4-5 apples, peeled and sliced (use different varieties)
 1 1/2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries or raspberries
 1 cup flour
 1 cup oatmeal
 1 cup sugar
 1 tsp cinnamon
 1 stick of butter

 Put sliced apples on the bottom of your Celebrating Home bean pot.
Add berries on top. In another bowl, mix flour, oatmeal, sugar and cinnamon.
Cut in butter until it crumbles. Sprinkle on top of berries and place lid on bean pot.
Microwave for 10 minutes. Remove lid, using a knife make sure dry mixture is getting moisture
 and then cook another 5 minutes without the lid.

Angel Food Delight Spoon Cake


1 Angel Food Cake Mix
1 Can 16oz Crushed Pineapple
Or
1 Can Cherry Pie Filling W/ Splenda
Mix in 3-1/2 quart Bean Pot or large
without lid and Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees
******Severe with Cool whip

15 Incredible 11 minute Dump Cakes


With just 3 ingredients, a microwave and Bean Pot or Large Serving Bowl, You will have a delicious simple cake. The be
st results are with the cake mixes containing the pudding in the mix or they say super moist on the box. Here are the few simple steps

1.Pour cake mix in the bowl. Add eggs and the pie filling. Mix with a spoon.
2.Put the lid on the bean pot or if using serving bowl put a Celebrating Home microwave safe dinner plate on the top of the bowl.
3.Put in microwave on high for 13 minutes, test if finished, if not finished put in at 1 minute intervals until finished. If the microwave doesn’t have a carousel, rotate ¼ turn every 3 minutes.
4.Remove bean pot lid or plate from bowl and let cool 15 minutes (it IS continuing to cook during this time) if using serving bowl, then invert onto plate and serve with suggested toppings or use your imagination.


Black Forest- 1 devils food cake, 1 can cherry pie filling, 3 eggs Top with chocolate syrup, whipped topping or ice cream.


Caramel Apple-1 butter pecan cake mix, 1 can apple pie filling, 3 eggs. Serve with cinnamon, ice cream


Apple Cinnamon Spice-1 spice cake mix, 1 can apple pie filling, 3 eggs. Drizzle with caramel, top with ice cream or whipped cream/cool whip.


Raging Red Raspberry-1 white or chocolate cake mix, 1 can red raspberry pie filling, 3 eggs. Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate and nuts.


Banana Cake- 1 yellow or chocolate cake mix, 1 can banana cream pie filling or 14 oz of mashed bananas. Glaze with powdered sugar glaze.


Luscious Lemon-1 lemon cake mix, 1 can lemon pie filling, 3 eggs. Top with lemon glaze and whipped topping.


Fruit Cocktail-1 yellow cake mix, 1 can fruit cocktail in its own juice, 3 eggs. Top with whipped topping.


Peach Cake- 1 yellow cake mix, 1 28 oz. can peaches in its own juice, 3 eggs. Top with crushed pecans and whipped cream.


Fantastic Chocolate Cake- 1 chocolate cake mix, 16 oz. sour cream, 3 eggs ½ cup chocolate chips. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.


Cherry Chocolate- 1 chocolate cake mix, 1 can cherry pie filling, 3 eggs. Top with chocolate syrup, whipped topping or ice cream.


Pumpkin Caramel- 1 spice cake mix, 1 can pumpkin, 3 eggs, ½ tsp. Cinnamon. Drizzle with caramel ice cream topping and cool whip! A sprinkle of cinnamon sugar on cake is yummy too!


Lemon Poppy Seed Cake- 1 box lemon cake mix, 1 can poppy seed filling, 3 eggs. Top with lemon glaze and whipped cream.


Your Idea Cake- 1 cake mix, your choice of 1 can of pie filling, 3 eggs. Top with your favorite topping to go with pie filling you choose, the ideas are endless.


Keep in mind all microwaves vary. You may find you may need to cook a minute more or less!

50/50 Dreamscicle Cake


This is such a yummy cake...one cake mix one can of orange soda, mix together in bean pot put in microwave for 8-10 depending on your microwave...serve with cool whip or whip cream...tastes like a 50/50 bar! yum! What you don't have a bean pot yet...contact me immediately!!!! you gotta get, at walmart... the Orange Crush dessert topper to drizzle on the 50/50 cake. Its delicious!!!!!!!

Ive been adding a little drizzle of the matching flavor to intensify the taste. YUMMY  You can buy these at walmart or any grocery store by the ice cream toppings.


Hot Lava Cake


1 Devils food cake mix. Mix with all ingredients it calls for in your favorite bean pot. Take one can of milk chocolate icing. Put on the top of the cake mix by putting dollops of it all over the top of the cake. Cover with lid and cook in the microwave for 12 minutes (some differ in time). Cook until knife comes out clean. Serve warm with ice cream for a special treat..

Bean Pot Root Beer Float Cake


1 White Cake Mix
1Can of Root Beer
Mix Cake Mix and a Can of Root Beer in Bean Pot .... Place in Microwave for 10 min. Serve with Ice Cream. Yummy!!

SNICKERS DIP!


You can do this is almost any of the Celebrating Home stoneware pieces!!
Take your stoneware that you will be using and place it in your freezer to get it super cold (remember all our stoneware is freezer safe and will keep your food chilled or HOT depending on what you serve in it!....

then do this:
2 8-ounce cream cheese
6 snicker bars (chopped)
1 container of cool whip
1/4 cup brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together and place in your stoneware....then serve with pretzels or gram crackers!!
Would look great in your Bean pot, casseroles dishes.

St. Patrick's Day Cake


1 white cake mix
16 oz sour cream
3 eggs
Green food coloring
Mix together in bean pot until lumps are gone.
Add 1 cup chocolate chips and microwave for 7 minutes with bean pot lid on and then 4-6 more with lid off!

Cherry Chip Cake


1 cherry chip cake mix
1 can 7-up or sprite
Mix both together and put lid on bean pot. Microwave for 4 minutes.
Take lid off and microwave for 4-6 more minutes until knife comes out clean!

Red, White and Blue Cake


1 strawberry cake mix
1 can 7-up
1 cup frozen strawberries - thawed

Mix all ingredients in Bean Pot or Serving Bowl
Microwave 8 - 10 minutes
Serve with cool whip
Garnish with strawberries and blueberries for Memorial Day or Fourth of July!

Pumpkin Crunch Dessert


1 yellow cake mix
1 can (15oz) solid pumpkin
1 can (12oz) evaporated milk...
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup butter (melted)
Add all to Bean Pot with lid on and cook in Microwave 13 minutes. Enjoy!

Easy Egg-Nog Cake


1 pkg. vanilla cake mix
1 c. egg nog
1 t. rum flavoring
1/4 t. nutmeg

Put everything in Bean Pot, and stir well.
Pour in slow cooker.
Cook on 325 for 1 hours  OR Microwave for 13min

Peppermint Cake


1 pkg. vanilla cake mix
1 can lemon lime soda
1 c. peppermints or candy canes (crushed)
or 1 c. pepper mint ice cream

Put everything in Bean Pot and stir well.

Cook on 325 for 1 hours  OR Microwave for 13min

Pumpkin Pudding

1 Can of Pumpkin puree (15 ounces)
1 Scant tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
2 Teaspoons of Vanilla
1 Can of Evaporated milk (12 ounces)
3/4 Cup of Sugar
1/2 Cup of Biscuit mix
2 Tablespoons of Butter
2 Eggs

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a Bean Pot. Using an electric hand-held mixer at low to medium speed, beat ingredients together until smooth.
Cover and cook on 325  1.5 hours
Spoon into cups and top with whipped topping or a lightly spiced whipped cream.
