TAMALE PIE
Brown 1 lb. of beef
1 diced onion in bean pot – cook in microwave 7 minutes
Drain and add:
1 package Taco seasoning 1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 cup of ketchup 1 can tomatoes
1 can of ranch style beans drained 1 can whole kernel corn drained.
Bake at 350 with lid on for about 30 to 45 min.
Prepare 1 box of Jiffy cornbread and pour over top of mixture.
Bake at 400 with lid off until cornbread is done
