South of the Border Bean Pot Soup:

>South of the Border Bean Pot Soup:
  • 1-can of rotel
  • 1-can of corn
  • 1-can of black beans (drained & rinsed)
  • 2-cans chicken breasts(drained) or 3 cups chopped up cooked chicken
  • 1- 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1- Packet dry ranch dressing
  • 1- Tablespoon cumin
  • 1- Tablespoon onion flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon chili powder.
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • Put all ingredients in bean pot and microwave 8 minutes.Stir
  • 2 more minutes - Easy and delish!
  • Serve with Corn Chips
